From the Colon Cancer Forum: I have a friend who was just diagnosed this past week. He thought he had a stomach ulcer because of pain, but the doctor said it was stage 4 colon cancer and that it had spread to his liver and kidneys. I want to help him, but I'm not sure how I can.
