KKORTH recently shared some good news about his father in the Colon Cancer Forum. His dad started treatment for stage 4 colon cancer on May 5th and his latest scan seems to be clear. But, KKORTH doesn't know whether he should let himself believe all is well. He says in his forum post:

_{I asked the doctor if he were to look at the scan as just a scan of some unknown person what he would see. He said if there wasn't a family history of colon cancer for that person he wouldn't see anything abnormal on the scan. I'm happy -- I don't mean to act like I'm not.... But... is this kind of how things go for a lot of people? Do they react dramatically at first and then it stops working and grows and spreads quickly? I just struggle to hear good news and trust it because we were caught so off-guard from the beginning that he even had cancer this advanced.}
