A study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute suggests that Vitamin B6 decreases the risk of colorectal cancer in women.

Researchers studied the blood of more than 32,000 women, 194 of whom had colorectal cancer and 410 of whom had colorectal polyps. They found that women with the highest levels of Vitamin B6 in their blood were much less likely to develop colorectal cancer than women with the lowest levels of Vitamin B6 in their blood.

What foods have Vitamin B6?

Lots. This one's easy to get. It's in cereal, bananas, chickpeas, chicken breasts, oatmeal, sunflower seeds, pork loin, and many other products. You can also take it in dietary supplement form, but usually getting vitamins from food is better.
