Chinese Herbal Medicine for Nausea

This week, the Annals of Oncology published research that sought to determine if Chinese herbal medicine could alleviate chemotherapy toxicity and nausea.

They found that the herbs didn't help with toxicity, but were able to control nausea in colon cancer patients receiving post-operative chemotherapy. If you're suffering from chemotherapy-related nausea, you may want to ask your doctor if complementary therapy with Chinese herbal medicine would be advisable.
