    -38% in France
    -58% in Korea
    -63% in Norway
    -60% in the United States
    -71% in Victoria, Australia
In Victoria, Australia, the average survival rate for people five years after initial diagnosis with:
    -Stage 1 rectal cancer is 88%
    -Stage 2 rectal cancer is 76%
    -Stage 3 rectal cancer is 56%
In Norway, the average survival rate for people five years after initial diagnosis with:
    Stage 1 rectal cancer is 69%
    Stage 2 rectal cancer is 62%
    Stage 3 rectal cancer is 59%
The average survival rate for people five years after initial diagnosis with rectal carcinoids is 72%.

In Victoria, Australia, the average survival rate for people ten years after initial diagnosis with:
    -Stage 1 rectal cancer is 84%
    -Stage 2 rectal cancer is 69%
    -Stage 3 rectal cancer is 46%
